Open Doors

As part of our upcoming Open Doors, we are introducing "From one kitchen to another, a collective food exchange". This Open Doors is hosted by our fabulous intern, Whitney Huber! 

You are invited to bring a homemade dish, share it with others, and take portions home. You are also welcome to take food home without bringing food.

The format builds on a simple idea: cooking not only for oneself, but for others, and exchanging what has been prepared in different kitchens.

If you’d like to contribute, we suggest bringing a freshly cooked dish, ideally vegetarian or vegan, that keeps well for a few days. Examples include sauces, stews, or fermented foods. Preparing around 3–5 portions usually works well for sharing.

We recommend bringing your own containers if you plan to take something home.

You can participate in the exchange or simply come by and spend time with us.
