Our first event for Food Tuesday starts off with Dumplings!
By combining dumpling making as a practice with personal stories and cultural insights, Miao Zhao's contribution is a way to have a deeper appreciation for the importance of cultural identity, the role of food in that identity, and the complex issues faced by immigrants within the Chinese diaspora and other multicultural communities.
